Sales Representative

Strategic AI is currently seeking fantastic B2B sales representatives of all levels to join our team.

Our company provides B2B software and services specifically focused on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software that includes CRM.

As we sell CRM systems, we expect all sales representatives to have used a CRM system before (Odoo, Salesforce, ect.).

The incentive package:


  • Base salary +
  • Commission per sale (Increases for every closed sale per period)

Base Salary will be determined based on:


  • Previous B2B sales track record
  • Previous experience
  • The size and quality of the network you have established
  • Calibre
  • Understanding of Business Process Management
  • Capability to close sales

  • Direct guidance on securing B2B sales (as needed)

What we require:


  • Outgoing individuals that are confident approaching, interacting and communicating with other business professionals.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese in both written and verbal communication.
  • An understanding of business terminology in Vietnamese.

Junior sales representative:


  • At least 3 months experience in B2B sales
  • or 6 months experience in sales in general
  • Have already established some network connections
  • Capacity to grow network - Have an understanding on how to build a network

Mid-level sales representative:


  • At least 6 months experience in B2B sales
  • and at least 1.5 years experience in sales in general
  • Have a pre-established network of small to medium size that includes business owners / managers
  • Capacity to grow a network - Have the knowledge on how to build quality networks with upper-level managers / business owners

More about this role:


Although this role is for technical sales in a B2B context, it is acceptable to not have an in-depth understanding of software / ERP systems.

Additionally, understanding business processes and systems is highly valuable in this role, if you don’t have this knowledge you will be expected to learn it with our guidance.

You will be mostly contacting high-level managers, executives and business owners.

What you will be tasked with:


  • Contacting inbound leads to gain first a face-to-face meeting with decision makers, that will usually be high-level managers, executives and owners of companies and businesses.
  • Developing quality outbound leads through networking events and independent marketing.
  • Establishing face-to-face technical demonstrations, liasoning with potential clients and closing deals.
  • Entering leads, opportunities and meeting briefs in the CRM system.
